A black spot on my rudisHi guys, can anyone help me out and tell me what this is.
Female Rudis chameleon, about a year old. Captive Farmed.

Thanks for your time.
Probaply she burned herself to a heat generator (the lamp??) s this possible?? Are the lamps inside the terrarium????
No it's not possible. I also remember the cage that she was kept in before, and it wasn't possible then.
A trip to the vets might be in order I think.
Thanks for your time.
Looks like a fungus to me, I'v had it on one of my animals some years back. I'v treated it with antimyotic-creme

No probs, that's what we're here for right
A trip to a vet would probaply be the best thing to do indeed!!!!
If he isn't burned, could it be something like a melanoma or a pigment spot? If this is the case, I hope for you it is a pigment spot, this is of almost no danger to the animal. If it's a melanoma, it is of low danger. most melanoma can be cured these days...
Does it grow? If yes, does it grow fast? or is it thicker then the other skin?

is there any more news on the black spot Echidna? Went to the vets yet?
